matthias_waveThese last couple days have actually been pretty good.
1) Yesterday we finally turned in the freaking film project in German class that's been driving me nuts all semester (worst concept ever, seriously).
2) SNOW! It started snowing sometime after dark night before last, which meant everything was nice and white when I woke up yesterday (December 1st - pretty appropriate, though not as much as if it was the first day of winter).
3) "Midterm" exams are over with - we took our last Chemistry exam yesterday and our last chapter test in German today. I guess they're not really midterms when it's only a week until finals start, but still.
4) Today was also our last Physics lab - which means I don't have to deal with anymore labs. But this lab was pretty fun - we were doing latent heat and phase changes, which means we got to play with liquid nitrogen~ The TA had fun spilling it on the floor and showing us how all the drops skittered around the room (they hit the comparatively "hot" floor and glide around on a cushion of air, like grease in a frying pan or a very small hovercraft).
5) Changeling game this Saturday (last but one before winter break). I've got an... interesting idea regarding a mysterious magic item my character has - he was told it's called a 'kinetic staff', it was brought up when he was looking for a collapsable baton. The idea occurred to me while reading the TV Tropes page for "Journey to the West" - it's a long shot, but I suppose it's possible it resembles the Monkey King's staff. In which case it could be useful, especially if Davey is ever no longer the Summer King. I'd have to ask the ST about it... /rambling
